The howlite beads have a nice cool weight to them and the elastic is snug without pinching my wrist. I've been wearing it daily for a couple weeks now, and it's become a quiet little anchor when I need to slow down and think.

I slipped this on before a tough doctor's appointment and ended up rubbing the smooth beads the whole wait. The bracelet is small enough that it doesn't slide around my wrist, but the howlite still feels substantial. It's become my quiet little anchor during stressful days.

The howlite beads have a nice matte weight to them, heavier than I expected for such a small bracelet. I've been slipping it on before morning meditation and it's become a small ritual I look forward to.
