Howliitti Rukoushelmet Mala

The howlite beads have a nice matte weight in the hand, and rolling them between my fingers during evening meditation slows my breathing down almost immediately. I keep them on my desk now for stressful work calls.

I've been wearing these for my morning meditation and the weight of the howlite beads in my hand instantly settles me down. The strand is strung evenly too, so it drapes nicely without kinking up when I loop it around my wrist.

The howlite has a chalky, soft matte finish that feels nice against my thumb during evening meditation. I didn't expect the weight to be so grounding, but it genuinely helps slow my breathing down after a stressful day.
