Shungite - Regina Martino

The chapter on water purification finally explained why my shungite stones weren't doing much — I'd been using the wrong type entirely. Clear photos of the different grades made it easy to sort out what I actually had.

I bought this for my mom who's been exploring natural healing, and it's way more detailed than I expected for the price. The chapters on how to prep and use shungite are broken down so clearly that even a total beginner like me could follow along. Already finished it twice.

The layout is straightforward and easy to follow, which I appreciate since I'm new to working with stones. I especially liked the chapter on water purification, and it gave me a clear starting point for using shungite at home.
