Lepidolite | Levigato Medio

I keep a piece in my pocket on workdays and just rubbing the smooth tumbled surface helps me slow my breathing. The medium size is chunkier than I pictured, which I actually prefer for holding during meditation.

The lavender color is so calming, and these medium pieces have a nice weight to them that feels grounding in my palm. I've been keeping one on my desk and one by my bed, and just holding it during stressful moments genuinely helps me slow down and breathe.

The pieces are nicely smooth and feel good in the hand, and the purple coloring is subtle but pretty. I mainly use mine for stress relief during the day, and it does seem to help me calm down a bit. Just wish the batch had a couple larger stones in it, but overall it's a solid buy.
