ヘマタイト祈願ビーズ | ヘマタイトマラ

I wasn't sure about the hematite at first, but the cool metallic sheen won me over the moment I opened the box. I've been using them during my evening meditation and the smooth, heavy feel of each bead helps me settle into a rhythm without my thoughts scattering.

The weight of these beads is grounding in a way I didn't expect, and the smooth hematite surface feels cool against my skin during meditation. I've noticed I can focus on my own intentions without getting distracted by the energy in the room around me.

I've been wearing these when I need to focus at work, and the smooth metallic finish feels cool against my skin, which snaps me back to the present. The way the beads sit evenly spaced makes it easy to count breaths without the string tangling. It's become my quiet little ritual before meetings.
