Aventurin Armbånd, Anklets | Edelstenterapi

I’ve been wearing the bracelet during yoga for two weeks now and my sleep has noticeably improved, which I wasn’t expecting from a stone. The band is comfortable enough that I forget it’s there, and the green beads have a nice natural depth to them.

The green stones catch the light so nicely, and they sit comfortably on my wrist without feeling heavy. Wearing it daily for the past couple weeks, I do feel a bit more balanced and grounded, which is exactly what I hoped for.

The clasp is surprisingly sturdy for such a delicate-looking piece, and the green is a subtle, calming hue that goes with everything. I've been wearing it as an ankle bracelet for two days now and I do feel a bit more grounded, plus it hasn't irritated my skin at all.
