The rose quartz one is my new favorite for working out tension along my shoulders—the smooth, cool surface glides perfectly over sore spots. These little mushrooms are surprisingly sturdy for their size, and the 2-inch width fits right in my palm.

The rose quartz one sits in my palm so nicely, and the smooth stone glides over tight spots without digging in painfully. I've been using it on my shoulders after work and the acupressure points really do feel looser by morning.
